Patrick has a B.Sc in Mining Engineering from the University of Alberta. He has worked with large oil sands operators doing mine planning of operations in the 2-week to 5-year scope. As the Lead Engineer at TerraShift, Patrick manages regulatory approvals and the operations planning for surface material extraction. He has experience working on aggregate and peat development applications for numerous clients across Alberta giving him a distinct knowledge of AEP's regulatory processes.
